HISTORY OF THE "ST. KLIMENT OHRIDSKI" SOUTH OF PLOVDIV
High School "St. Kliment Ohridski" is the successor of the mixed high school, formed in 1937 - 1938, by separating students and students from all classes of the males and girls' schools in Plovdiv at that time.
Since the school year 1942 - 1943 is the second male high school, and from 1945 onwards. Until 1950. Is Second Secondary High School "Georgi Dimitrov".
Since 1983 - 1984, after the reunification of the Secondary School "V. I. Lenin "with Second Male High School is already" Georgi Dimitrov ".
For the achievements in the educational activity and in connection with the 50th anniversary of its foundation, the School was awarded with the Cyril and Methodius Order - first degree, by Decree num. 1675 of the State Council of Bulgaria.
From 20.11.1991, with a decision of the Municipal Council of Plovdiv, it was renamed to St. Kliment Ohridski High School.
At present: SU "KLIMENT OHRIDSKI".
